Description

Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

Discuss and propose design adhering to clients' requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

Site & project management from inception to handover

Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients' deadlines

Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any design discipline or equivalent

Proficient 3D Max & v-ray, Photoshop and AutoCAD software, Illustrator, Indesign & Corel-draw

Creative thinking, confident & positive working attitude

Great sense of ownership and responsibility

Self-motivated, good eye for details and well organized

Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

Creative and have passion in Interior Design

Self-motivated and sales target driven

Responsible, proactive & good work attitude

Able to work in a team and individually

Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people

Required language(s): English and other languages

Training will be provided
