Description

We are looking for a Legal Associate for our Corporate, Banking and Finance practice with a strong academic background and specialist experience in ship financing and sale & purchase, and general corporate experience _.

_Additional experience in mergers and acquisitions work will be considered favourably.

The Legal Associate should be proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any additional language skills would be an advantage.

The Legal Associate will be based in Singapore and will work on matters with our Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
