    Vocational Training Supervisor


    A vocational training supervisor is required to oversee the operational aspects of SPD’s enclave projects under the Supported Employment Programme. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including trainees, employers and the supported employment team.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Demonstrate an ability to identify challenges faced by trainees and effectively communicate these to relevant stakeholders for resolution.

    • Work closely with stakeholders to provide recommendations and suggestions for improving trainees' performance or addressing any issues during training periods.​​


    • Track attendance data from enrolled individuals in line with program requirements.​​
