The Project Supervisor is responsible, but not limited to the following:

Control and monitor site progress
Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date
Ensure material submission and approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules
Ensure the currency and accuracy of information for schedules and reports
Promptly advise management of any issues that could be variations to the contract and keep accurate records of such issues
Ensure that the works are carried out on time in accordance with the programme and on budget
Monitor materials on site to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program
Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with safe work methods
Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors
Conduct regular meetings to review and monitor the quality of the work and adherence to the schedule of the program
Monitor and control works including those of subcontractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that scope of work/method statements are executed to the standards and project specification

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent
Experience in supervising project at MOE school campus
Good technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical trades
Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation Knowledge pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety
Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Familiar with mechanical and electrical works in construction industry
Good communication skills and able to work independently
