Description
Master and/ or Bachelor degree of Architecture
English (business level)
(Proficiency in any of the following would be of advantage)
Japanese
Japanese language skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent in order to conduct presentation and communicate with project managements of the company's key Japanese customers.
Thai
Bahasa Indonesia
Vietnamese
Thai, Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese language skill in order to investigate local regulations and communicate with local stake holders would be of advantage.
AutoCAD
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
SketchUp
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
(Proficiency in the following would be of advantage)
Revit
Enscape
Computational Design, Simulation Skill (e.g. Rhinoceros + Grasshopper or similar)
Simscale (or similar environmental simulation software)
3DS MAX
Multimedia skills (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Aftereffects)
Ability to see things from various perspectives
Ability to solve the problem
Having strong will to achieve your goals
You should have 6-10 years' experience as architect/architectural designer.
Strong planning skills, design skills, sound construction knowledge and presentation skills- illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio.
Experience and knowledge, particularly in the following fields would be appreciated.
Office building, Commercial facility, Residential building, Hospitality facility, Logistics/Factories, Super high-rise building, Large-scale complex facility and Large scale Masterplanning/Urbanplanning.
Professional experience with complex and demanding projects would be of advantage.
Business protocol and strong market knowledge of SEA would be appreciated
Experienced in working on BIM/ Revit projects would be an advantage.
Confident in working in an international organization.
Any local or international QP/registered architect or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
Lead an architectural project design team to develop architectural design from feasibility study/concept stage to construction documentation.
Be a key member of the architectural project design team to develop architectural design from feasibility study/concept design/schematic design stage to construction documentation.
Architectural planning, designing, supervising, and consulting related matters, including coordination of the relevant parties, liaising with the relevant authorities, planning, drafting, designing, supervising, or consulting of urban or architectural projects.
Preparation of presentation materials, including collating necessary information, editing presentation materials/documents, composing computer graphics images and movies, coordinating with the desk top publishing team and finalizing the presentation materials.
Prepare, review and manage design deliverables.
Familiar with computational design software and to be a part of the design development team that looks into new software and technologies that may improve the design team's capabilities
Making of various digital architectural models, including study models and presentation models, and instructing renderings and physical model making.
Attending relevant meetings, taking presenter role, and making MoM.
Collating project-related information, including local statutory materials, architectural materials and local construction methods through web-researching, contacting with relevant suppliers, consultants, and other parties.
Visiting project sites, overseas clients/consultants' office for relevant research, investigation, or meeting with local parties if necessary.
Liaise and coordinate with clients and its team, other consultants/professionals, architects and other stake holders of the project.
Lead and instruct the junior colleagues in the design team.
Responsible for coordination and quality control of design and construction documents.
Contribute to the coordination and quality control of design and construction documents.
