We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore.

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

DESIGNATION :
IT Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide IT technical support to end users, diagnose and solve common problems through phone/remote support or hands on troubleshooting on PC hardware, notebook and other IT Peripherals
Assist with maintenance of the Company IT infrastructure
Maintain hardware /software inventory records for audit and asset management
Liaise with IT vendors in procurement of IT equipments
Maintain technical support document and IT inventory report
Assist to install/configure IT inventories for new staff
Train users on the proper use of hardware and software when necessary
Perform data entry to the ERP system
Data checking to ensure they are correctly captured in system; deadlines are met and work is completed in timely manner
Liaise with various departments to follow up to update in ERP system
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum NITEC/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
Able to work well in a fast paced environment
Good documentation and planning skills
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
