Description

Work with pricing and filing teams in SIA Head Office and overseas stations to implement pricing and revenue initiatives, through quick and accurate filing and distribution of SIA fares, surcharges and ancillary rates, for pricing by travel agents, on SIA website/mobile app and other SIA direct sales channels.

Perform direct filing of airfares in Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) to maximise commercial advantage for SIA.
Coordinate and manage filing vendor to ensure pricing instructions are delivered accurately and timely.
Support SIA contact centres and other departments to resolve pricing feedback from SIA customers.
Develop domain expertise in pricing and filing to support departmental and divisional projects and initiatives.

Required Skills:

Diploma in any discipline; fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of airline pricing, tariff and fare distribution is preferred, but not essential
Previous experience in airline ticketing roles or ATPCO filing will be advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
