- Proactively supporting the sales team, coordinating and organizing meetings, supporting contract management matters.
- Assist the sales team and/or customers to manage orders, demand, stock availability and collating manual allocations.
- Handling quotation, agreements or contracts and delivery matters.
- Providing various weekly/Monthly Sales data reports for sales meeting.
- Create new and update sales product presentations and catalogues
- Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred).
- A self starter, meticulous attention to details.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.
