Type and prepare quotations, invoice,delivery order, purchase order etc
- plan service schedules and materials to be
used base on service customers contracts
and adhoc jobs
- Coordinate and issue service jobs to
- update daily reports of job done, filing and
master service schedules
- Have initiative, independent and confident
- Communicate well, good customer skills
- At least 1 year work experience
- ITE or GCE 'O' level and above
