Description
**Position DetailsKey Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages from clinics and patients on appointment booking and medical benefits verification
- Appointment booking for patients to see doctors
- Record call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up care calls to patients where necessary
- 5day office hours work week (weekdays only), off on weekend and public holidays
- Flexibility to work from home as long as key performance index is achieved
Key Skills:
- Effective communication in an English speaking environment
- Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma
- Experience: Preferably 2 years of working experience in contact centre role or healthcare frontline role. Nurses and allied health staff are welcome to apply.
