**Position Details


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages from clinics and patients on appointment booking and medical benefits verification
  • Appointment booking for patients to see doctors
  • Record call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up care calls to patients where necessary
  • 5day office hours work week (weekdays only), off on weekend and public holidays
  • Flexibility to work from home as long as key performance index is achieved

Key Skills:


  • Effective communication in an English speaking environment
  • Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:


  • Education: Diploma
  • Experience: Preferably 2 years of working experience in contact centre role or healthcare frontline role. Nurses and allied health staff are welcome to apply.
