Warranty Service Engineer - Singapore - JDA WMS PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing dealer support and development activities, including planning and implementing yearly development/enhancement programs for specific dealerships.
• Coordinate training sessions on new products for dealers, including the preparation and review of training materials.
• Organize regional training sessions for dealers based on identified training needs.
• Aid in managing and overseeing dealer services, collaborating with other teams such as Parts Sales & Machine Sales to provide technical support.
• Conduct field visits for troubleshooting and issue resolution, gathering feedback from internal and external sources for product improvement.
• Manage the Dealer portal to provide timely and accurate service information, including sharing Product Support Bulletins with dealers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in Electrical troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel to dealership sites as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
