    What impact can you make in this role?

    You will be part of a team that improves our alpha-generating capability and capacity by engaging partners, exploring new investment themes, and investing through innovative structures.

    What will you do as an Integrated Strategies Associate?

    We are looking for a suitable Associate to join the ISG team on a 2-year fixed term contract (full employment terms & benefits). Preferred candidates are likely to be pre-MBA or pre-postgraduate and intend to pursue other opportunities after two years.

    • Evaluating deals and developing investment proposals, backed by primary research, financial models and analysis.
    • Assisting the team leads in sourcing, structuring, recommending and closing new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation. This may be in partnership with the public and private markets asset classes.
    • Assessing new themes and their relevance for GIC with a focus on generating potential investment opportunities.
    • Facilitating collaboration with other investment groups.

    What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

    • At least two years' experience in either investment banking, public equities or/and private equity investments.
    • Strong financial and analytical skills. Experienced in building financial models for valuation and financial returns analysis. The candidate should be detailed-oriented and prepared to run financial analysis with guidance from the deal team.
    • An understanding of macro themes and how these can generate investment opportunities.
    • An ability to connect the dots, with strong written and presentation skills.
    • An ability to work collaboratively and foster internal and external relationships.
