    Description

    What is the job about?

    Responsible for providing technical support to customers in the Industrial Solutions sale channel (Pharma End user and Industry End Users) ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products, and effective management of the sales life cycle (End to End).

    Responsible for sharing knowledge and opportunities outside of the designated sales channel to drive sales and profitability across assigned area.

    Your main responsibilities

  • Realize the sales target within the assigned market
  • Identification and development of new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
  • Provide basic technical support to dealers, and end users ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products
  • Meet facetime targets to achieve desirable results
  • Actively adhere to sales processes, including the management of the Customer Relationship Database (CRM)
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate and presented within an acceptable time frame e.g. expenses.
  • Maintain and drive Sales Excellence (including aftersales support)
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the position
  • Your background :

    We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor in business or Engineering combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in a Key Account / handle direct end user role.
  • Fluent in English is a requirement
  • Flexibility to travel about 10 to 20% of working hours within the role
  • Positive personality.
  • Good networker in collaborating within own company but also international).
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Good Business understanding
  • Great communication skills - verbally as written.
  • Great stakeholder management skills - across regions, borders and on all levels.
  • Ability to think tactical.
  • Good analytically skills.
