Description
**Our client is an Italian Global Luxury MNC. They are looking for a Project Support Specialist (3-Month Contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Architecture Manager.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage departmental records and documents.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of store layouts and floor plans.
  • Act as a liaison for store planning inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between departments involved in store planning.
  • Ensure timely sharing of information through various channels.
  • Maintain databases related to store planning activities.
  • Keep store planning documents up to date.

Requirements:


  • Experience in store planning.
