Roles & Responsibilities

As an Integrated Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation within the construction industry. You will be responsible for integrating digital technologies, processes, and methodologies across all phases of construction projects, from planning to delivery. Your objective will be to optimize project efficiency, collaboration, and innovation through the strategic implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate, select, and integrate digital tools and platforms to streamline project workflows and enhance collaboration.
• Ensure seamless integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other relevant technologies.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing construction processes and identify areas for improvement through digitalization.
• Implement process automation and optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of digital tools and technologies.
• Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous learning within the organization.

Project Management:

• Oversee the implementation of digital initiatives across multiple construction projects.
• Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Promote transparency and information sharing through digital collaboration platforms.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish quality standards and protocols for digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of digital processes and technologies.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement measures to safeguard digital assets and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and digital transformation within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other relevant digital technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and/or relevant digital technologies (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
