Job Description

Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

Project planning, including producing the detailed project construction plan

Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team; Managing the change control process

Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications

Preparing formal project progress and other reports, managing our deliverables with client and maintaining quality.

Coordinate and manage the sustainability part in terms of LEED certification and relevant aspects of design and execution

Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

Manage and lead construction phase through QA/QC, monitor progress, quality checklists, HSSE, FM interface, testing and commissioning, snagging, handover and transition.

Implements the Project Execution Plan and Construction Execution Plan.

Qualifications

Experience working for international construction company

Experience working in the energy industry

Experience working internationally

Degree or equivalent qualification

Will work with/along side an internationally diverse team

Excellent Leadership skills

Communication skills

Ability to be a self start and work independently
