- Assist business users with CRM operation related requests
- These CRM operation related requests include but not limited to records creation and update
- Resolve data discrepancies between systems to ensure overall data integrity
- Review and update newly created records in CRM to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist business users with the firm's risk process, for client and engagement acceptance process, Sentinel request
- Assist business users on the project code creation, update, maintenance and closure through the use of the firm's ERP
- Liaise with business users proactively when additional information is required to complete updates in CRM, Risk systems, ERP etc
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties The ideal candidate should possess:
- Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
