Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify needs to set up or enhance policy and/or implementational handbook
  • Propose policy/implementational handbook which meet the business needs, and balance the efficiency and risk
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the policy/implementational handbook finalized, approved and published
  • Design process, and/or reengineer process based on thorough data analysis
  • Own the creation and maintenance of SOP, DTP and policy documents
  • Set up and report KPIs regularly
  • Provide data insight to operations and business teams
  • Compile business requirements in collaboration with operations team, communicate to the FSSC and engineering teams in the Headquarter
  • Support system launch/enhancement projects
To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business with min 8+ years of relevant experience with APAC/regional exposure, in areas of finance process management, finance transformation/projects experience
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS and regional tax, ACCA or CPA is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin language are mandatory due to the requirement of working with China counterparts
  • Possess good entrepreneurial spirit, handson, strong critical yet creative thinking skills & selfmotivated with excellent communication skills to execute effectively while collaborating across global locations
