Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company's day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.


Job Highlight:


  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

  • Working Location: Nearby Raffles Place / Tanjong Pagar MRT
  • Salary Range: $2000 to $3000 (Depend on experience)
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and assist in the daytoday general administration and operational matters
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, and handling courier services, etc
  • Manage reception area with greeting and attending to visitors in a professional manner
  • Bookkeeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties assigned by the company

Requirements:


  • Selfmotivated, proactive, positive cando attitude, independent, organized, and a good team player
  • Able to work in a fastpaced working environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
