Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company's day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.Job Highlight:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Nearby Raffles Place / Tanjong Pagar MRT
- Salary Range: $2000 to $3000 (Depend on experience)
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the daytoday general administration and operational matters
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, and handling courier services, etc
- Manage reception area with greeting and attending to visitors in a professional manner
- Bookkeeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
- Any other adhoc administrative duties assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Selfmotivated, proactive, positive cando attitude, independent, organized, and a good team player
- Able to work in a fastpaced working environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
