Roles & Responsibilities

  • To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
  • To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
  • To crosssell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, N/O Levels, with at least 1 year of related working experience. Entry level Diploma holders (Preferably in Business Admin/Marketing) are welcomed to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Ms Word and Excel)
  • Customeroriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, committed and a strong team player
  • On the job training will be provided, looking for quick learners with positive attitude
