**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- *
  • To be the Business Analyst of the Digital Enablers Platform, and maintain awareness and knowledge of new business initiatives, emerging IT Security technology and standards, and IT ecosystem concerning the Digital Enablers Platform system roadmap.
  • Understand the system roadmap for Digital Enablers Platform, and push for the endtoend delivery of the new systems and new features to be implemented within scope, budget and schedule.
  • Work with CX and UX teams to design customer journeys to optimize secured customer login experience.
  • Understand stakeholders' business needs and priorities, relate to their concerns and objectives, and accommodate into platform's delivery priorities.
  • Facilitate communications between the various stakeholders and collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams, other platform product owners, vendors, etc.
  • Identify process improvement for adoption to optimize customer journey processes.
  • Work with analytics managers to perform analysis to improve login and signup success rates.
  • Support system maintenance, e.g. Update of system downtime/ maintenance notices, new features updates, adhoc holiday table, regression testing for new mobile devices / web OS.
  • May be required to support overseas deployment of the Digital Enablers Platform system.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- *
  • Degree or diploma in Accountancy/Business Admin, IT or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in driving digital transformation projects and initiatives as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong selfinitiative to keep up with Digital trends.
  • Worked with Agile or waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
  • Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, constantly challenge the norm and constantly looking for better solutions to problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills.
  • Added advantage for individual who has relevant credentials, e.g. PMP, Scrum Master, ACP, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
