    Description

    The role requires the incumbent to oversee all human resources functions, from job design and recruitment to employee relations and performance management.     Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement the HR agenda, aligning HR strategies, policies, and practices with the company's goals.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Structure competitive compensation and benefit packages, ensuring they meet employee needs and comply with legal standards.
    • Performance and Talent Management: Create KPIs and evaluation structures for all positions, manage performance assessment programs, and develop talent pipelines to fill gaps.
    • Government Grants and Funds Management: Identify suitable government grants, secure funding, and manage HR budget allocation efficiently.
    • Workforce Planning: Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructuring to support the company's long-term objectives.
    • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and shortlisting to contract preparation, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
    • Compliance and Legal: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements, minimizing risk and safeguarding the company's interests.
    • Learning and Development: Plan and implement training programs for all staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
    • Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll, managing the end-to-end process efficiently.
    • Employee Welfare and Engagement: Administer employee welfare matters and organize activities to enhance staff engagement and satisfaction.
    • HR Consulting: Provide daily HR consulting and solutions to business units, acting as a strategic partner in addressing HR matters.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies.
