Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Scope

  • Provide recruitment services and conduct full recruitment cycle for our clients
  • HR Matters and others.
  • Create and advertise jobs on different job portals and social media sites.
  • Will be responsible from time to time to handle industrial cases and staff grievances Responsibility will cover contract outsourcing, ad hoc temporary assignment and to meet client requirements.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree and above

At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)

  • Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
- #CEI Certification.

  • Confident with fairly good communication skills
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision and able to think out of the box
  • Passionate in meeting & communicating with people Willing to learn and grow to achieve better results
You will lead a recruitment team, and play a key role in the strategic growth of our company
