Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in a positive and friendly working environment

48 hours per week, 6 OFF days per month
Salary: $2,000.00 to $2,300.00 /month

You will be responsible for:

Working with Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and daytoday operations to the highest standards.
Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages order, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Coaching and training of service crew.
Providing a twoway communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on teamwork and motivation.
Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
Ensuring compliance with local authorities' health and safety regulations.
Validating and consolidating invoices and staff claims for processing.
Fully learn and master kitchen operations.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, etc)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Guestoriented and serviceminded
Good interpersonal skills
