Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Process sales order enquiries and confirmations; issue quotations, purchase requisitions, delivery order etc
Coordinate and Communicate order status with customers and delivery schedules
Process necessary documentation to facilitate sales & service
No selling or sales target involved, purely administrative/coordination work

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office
Word, Excel
Positive work attitude and willing to learn
Team player with good communication skills
