- To assist in the Customer Service Department.
- To handle all bookings for both air and sea.
- To handle air and sea documentation works, such as bookings, BL etc.
- To liaise with air and sea carriers.
- To serve and liaise with the customers.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
- At least a GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and emails.
- Have some knowledge in air and sea logistics will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated and passionate, able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
