    Roles & Responsibilities

    Your Role

    We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle air and sea documentations and bookings.

    What Will You Do

    • To assist in the Customer Service Department.
    • To handle all bookings for both air and sea.
    • To handle air and sea documentation works, such as bookings, BL etc.
    • To liaise with air and sea carriers.
    • To serve and liaise with the customers.
    • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

    What Do We Want

    • At least a GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and emails.
    • Have some knowledge in air and sea logistics will be added advantage.
    • Self-motivated and passionate, able to work independently.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
