Technical Sales Coordinator - Singapore - SUPERTRON (S) PTE LTD

Description

The Technical Sales Coordinator will provide office support to sales and operations:1. sales quotation, ordering, receiving to prepare delivery orders

2. update customers the status of their orders

3. offer a suitable product or service to meet customers' requirements

4. communicate price and scope of supply/ service accurately to the customer

5. record sales transaction details accurately

6. monitor purchases closely so that delivery deadline are met

7. documents are organised accurately for quick reference when needed

8. relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to at all times

9. to schedule work orders according to agreed dates with customers

10. to schedule delivery locations according to orders for the day


Requirement:

• O Level, A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma
• Applicants with or without experience in sales are welcome to apply
• Applicant without technical knowledge but has work experience in technical sales field are welcome to apply

Other information:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
