Description

FINANCE

  • Financial reporting and budget utilization.
  • Verification and tracking of approvals until payment.
  • Verification of IT Fixed Assets to check for existence and impairment annually and adhoc as requested.
  • Verify PC leasing requests in portal and update PC leasing record file.
  • Review of demand in ITBM.
  • Analyse Profit and Loss Statement to check for accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilization.
  • Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
  • Collate information and prepare yearly Budget & Revenue Planning.
  • Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly OPEX Budget and DAP Planning.

PMO

  • Provide support to CIO Office PMO team on project tracking and management.
  • Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
  • Collate information and prepare for reports.
  • Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT.
  • Prepare and submit annual IMDA surveys.
  • Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project managers renew system maintenance ontime.

Ad-Hoc

  • Handle adhoc IT issues which are escalated by users for resolution.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required.
Requirements / Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications

  • At least 2 years related experience in supporting role function.
  • Ability to study, analyse and interpret financial information.
  • Strong in process and business workflow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
