Join our Singapore HQ office as we embark on a journey in the dynamic IT software business landscape. As a start-up environment transitioning to an established entity, we boast technology support offices in China and Kuala Lumpur.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to be an integral part of our Finance team, bringing value not just in numbers but as a strategic business partner.

**Key Responsibilities


Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Spearhead the annual budget planning and forecasting processes.
• Track budget adherence, report variances, and keep management informed.
• Pinpoint and execute costsaving strategies and ensure efficient cost control.

Reporting:

• Produce and review monthly and adhoc financial reports for both company and group levels punctually.
• Ensure transparency in financial data, enabling informed decisionmaking.

Cash Flow & Capital Management:

• Oversee cash flow planning, ensuring adequate working capital for daily operations.
• Take handson responsibility for daily financial operations, including:
• Payment processing, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of quarterly GST filings.
• Handle annual corporate tax computations and ensure timely filings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with department leaders, ensuring budget compliance and optimal resource deployment.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the ecommerce or technology industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, equipped to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proven track record in influencing decisionmaking processes across the organization.
