Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To involve in the planning and design of electrical engineering works for building services.
• To lead the team of technical officers and technicians in daily maintenance of Electrical works for effective FM operations.
• Provide technical support and assistance to the team on electrical works and systems to avoid and minimise operation disruptions.
• To supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works.
• Oversee and supervise a team of technical officers and technicians or subcintractors for M&E installations , maintenance.
• Assist in planning and design of electrical engineering works for building works, installation and commissioning.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma education in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in management / maintenance of M&E in Facility Management environment is required for this position.
• Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate.
