    Roles & Responsibilities

    Head of Digital

    The company seeks a Head of Digital who will drive the company's digital and e-commerce strategy across the region. Working closely with the management team, he/she will be responsible for advising on and spearheading digital opportunities that will ultimately deliver the company exponential growth. The Head of Digital & Marketing will also oversee 360 marketing initiatives that will drive sales across all facets of the business.

    Core Job Responsibilities

    · Drive revenue, share and profitability

    · Devise the company's regional digital and e-commerce strategy across direct to consumer sites and marketplace platforms

    · Work directly with brands to understand best practice and digital strategies

    · Understand nuances of different markets and digital platforms

    · Manage external agencies to ensure delivery of core digital services

    · Manage internal team delivering sales across all platforms

    · Maximise the application of data analytics, and develop a compelling direct-to- consumer online strategy.

    · Manage budget, operational cost and agency investments for all eCommerce related activities

    · Advise and approve digital marketing, increasing sales conversion and product awareness

    · Be heavily involved in customer acquisition across all platforms – offline and online

    · Develop external partners and an ecosystem of digital contributors

    · Mentor internal team to grow digital capabilities

    · Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with e-commerce and retail partners that unlock growth opportunities

    · Plan and execute CRM engagement activities to increase CRM engagement

    Education/Qualifications/Experience

    · Bachelor's Degree required with 8+ years in digital / eCommerce role and marketing (client side or retailer) preferably within the FMCG industry

    · An understanding of Consumer/Shopper, using analytical skills and insights

    · Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

    · Strong analytical skills
