[What you will be working on]

As part of our team, you'll be involved in the following key areas:

Collaborate with business units across IRAS to re-imagine and improve service delivery, operational and compliance processes
Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements through iterative information gathering, working closely with stakeholders to translate user needs into impactful user stories
Work handinhand with agile development teams, contributing to user story grooming, sprint planning, and other agile activities to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions
Evaluate and harness the potential of cuttingedge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance work
Implement comprehensive test cases to simulate user requirements and ensure seamless functionality. Perform functional testing, data migration verification, and support user acceptance testing activities

[What we are looking for]

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior experience working on Agile IT projects is advantageous
Knowledge and experience in software testing are advantageous
Strong communication and networking skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
Comfortable working in an agile manner, with knowledge of UX Design as an advantage
Resourcefulness and ability to work independently
Excellent stakeholder management skills to secure buyin from relevant parties
Ability to work in crossfunctional, crossagency, and external stakeholder teams to codevelop innovative solutions
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset to question and probe
