    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Manage the day-to-day operations of the Academic Programmes as follows:

    Academic Programmes:

    • Coordinate student enrolment process in accordance with Company's policy which includes but is not limited to apply for Students' Pass, manage students' registration and orientation etc.
    • Maintain Students' P-files and databases in a timely manner
    • Maintain accurate enrolment information / statistics and provide regular reports as required.
    • Keeps accurate records of student attendance and communicate any absences to the Academic management team
    • Liaise with ICA on students' attendance for students with Student's Pass on a monthly and timely manner
    • Assist international students to settle down in Singapore
    • Provides counselling to students in regard to attendance and academic performance
    • Assist students' examination which includes Result Summary tab creation at AIMS School Management System for lecturers to enter students' final scores and feedback
    • Liaises with the Finance and Registrar to ensure the School database is accurate where changes take place in Centre
    • Manage students' graduation which includes but is not limited to creation of transcripts and certificates
    • Act as an invigilator for online examinations when needed

    Others

    • Provide courteous and professional on enrolment enquiries and feedback from students and learners
    • Ensure facilities and equipment including the classrooms, library and student resource centre are clean, tidy and in good working order
    • Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in school administration or management is highly valued.
