Responsibilities:
- Providing office day to day admin support
- Assist the team in communicating with the status of the outstanding tasks
- Handling customer complains
- Handling of incoming calls
- Sending out weekly report
- Managing walk in enquiries
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum qualification, Higher Nitec
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively
- Required to work 5.5 days per week
