• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organise and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedbacks to improve productivity
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standars
• Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Assists to Restaurant Manager in administrative works
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Liaise with vendors for materials supplies
• Have Japanese language ability to liaise with Japanese counterparts
• Relevant experience working in Japanese restaurant
