- With US GAAP / shared service and handling regional taxes experience added advantage
- Experience in managing complex claim
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Perform end to end accounts payable and employee payable process.
- Prepare and manage cash flow forecast and banking interfaces.
- Manage receivables, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets, bank reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Perform month end close including preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss and financial/ management reports.
- Prepare actuals vs budget travel and entertainment reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
- Assist in internal audit, SOX compliance, and external audit activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on any issue resolutions.
- Provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
- Prepare standard operating procedures.
- Drive improvements to streamline processes and enhance controls.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects.
