**KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

  • Responsible for ensuring quick and smooth sequencing of the cooking of the food
  • Responsible for the overall food / ingredient quality preparation and hygiene standards.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.
  • Responsible for storing and packing of food and ingredients in neat and orderly manner in accordance to approved safety and hygiene standards.
  • Daily to "taste and test" the delivered products from central kitchen to ensure the freshness and food quality if any. To duly reject the product if it is not up to standards and update management promptly.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
