Your Team, Your Impact


As a Staff Engineer in the Product Engineering organization at Marvell, you will be part of a brilliant growing team of engineers that solves complex problems.

In this role, you will be working with our design, product & test development team in US and in APAC; supporting new product introduction projects & activities to ensure smooth transition of these new products from development to manufacturing phase.

You will also be responsible for developing and tracking the fully life cycle of the project from beginning to its final completion

What You Can Expect

  • Responsible for New Product Introduction, initial phase of silicon bring up working with NPI Product and Test team.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, (Test, Foundry, Reliability, Engineering teams) to drive NPI development.
  • Analyze yield at engineering sample phase and characterize NPI product performances and manufacturing yield window
  • Perform data and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final test
  • Support test engineering on resolving test program related issues
  • Plan and drive for (data analysis, debug, rootcause, implementing solutions) yield & test time improvement activities to meet the set mass production release goals
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 35 years of related professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Advantest 93K, test handler, is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and statistically literate. Knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools
