Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure team members adhere to all procedures and standards
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring customers have a positive experience at the bar.
• Interact with customers, take orders, prepare and serve drinks.
• Keep track and control bar inventory level, work closely with the Manager for ordering, stocking of supplies and ensuring the bar is well stocked at all times.
• Conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages, including the preparations and cleanliness of glasswares and equipment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Energetic, good team player and service orientated.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
