- Ensure team members adhere to all procedures and standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring customers have a positive experience at the bar.
- Interact with customers, take orders, prepare and serve drinks.
- Keep track and control bar inventory level, work closely with the Manager for ordering, stocking of supplies and ensuring the bar is well stocked at all times.
- Conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages, including the preparations and cleanliness of glasswares and equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Energetic, good team player and service orientated.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills.
