SCOPE OVERVIEW

Managing of fixed income and cash for internally managed portfolios.
Evaluate the risks and opportunities for the portfolios, giving due consideration for market conditions, ESG, portfolio constraints, hedging, assetliability management, liquidity, regulatory capital and accounting treatment.
Management of tactical asset allocation (TAA) and investment benchmarks for various assets/portfolios.
Contribute investment ideas and working closely with product and actuarial teams for insurance product development.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in economics, finance, investment, mathematic, actuarial sciences, statistics, accounting, engineering or any other related qualification.
At least 5 years' experience in managing a portfolio of investments, preferably in an insurance company.
Relevant investment knowledge on assets as well as good understanding of liabilities and regulatory impacts (eg RBC2, IFRS)
Knowledge of investment requirements of insurance products
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Excellent presentation, communication and written ability
Proven leadership skills
Strong aptitude for financial and research analysis
Ability to work under pressure
Meticulous in numbers
