Senior Ax Functional Analyst - Singapore - HOYA LENS (S) PTE LTD
Description
The position:
- Implementation and support of FO/AX in Finance/Trade & Logistics and Production modules.
- Perform gap analysis to complete the client business requirements
- Prepare functional specification for customization required
- Managing content development
- Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users
- Prepare test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing
- Proactively identify, analyze and respond to issues and risks.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities for crossselling and additional client projects.
- Advice customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps with customer's business processes through creative configuration.
- Directly interacts with customers to resolve conflicts and issues with the goal of improving and maintaining positive relationships
- Resolving client queries and problems
- Minimum 5 years of implementation experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365FO/AX2012/AX2009, with added considerations for D365FO
- Successful completion of at least Three full lifecycle of Dynamics AX 2012/2009 and D365 implementation projects as a Project Manager or Consultant
- Experience implementing large scale ERP project is a definite asset
- Nice to have 5+ years experience in a relevant industry vertical
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX platform and possess skills in how to architect solutions on a functional and technical level that will deliver high quality results, to meet or exceed the client's needs and utilize the features and functions correctly and effectively
- Must have 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis practice, with proven proficiency / mastery of basic Business Analyst competencies
- Must have experience with package (COTS) customization and deployment
- CSV experience will be an asset (Computer System Validation)
- Having experiences on Total Quality Management for IT Implementation will be an asset
- Project Management certification will be an asset
- Strong work ethic; Ability to work in nonstructured work environment
- Possesses Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong ability to convey technical information to nontechnical clients
- Selfstarter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
- Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills, particularly with regards to anticipating and solving problems or issues before they occur or become critical.
- Learns new concepts quickly and thoroughly
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship
- Good time management, well organized, consistently meet commitments and creates high quality deliverables
