Senior HR Executive - Singapore - EV Search

Description

• Full cycle of HR operations (ie. Timely submission of Payroll, income tax, leave management, etc)
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, offer letter and package discussion
• Effective self sourcing through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals and networking
• Lead HR initiatives and recreational team
• Maintaining and updating employee information and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies and procedures
• Responsible for administering and managing MOM surveys, work passes, government grants and support schemes
• Liaise across internal departments and/or with external parties for collaboration on Marketing, Audit, Insurance, etc.
• Handling corporate and group insurance
• Conduct HR briefings/sessions for joiners and leavers
• Generating benchmarking exercises, reports, when required
• Management of social media platform fronts (ie. Linkedin and other job search platforms)
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree qualification in Human Resources Management
• 35 years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience in HR softwares (ie. SuccessFactor, SAP, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Social competences to work in crosscultural and international environment.
• Dedicated and dependable to execute projects & tasks
• Possess high level of conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• Strong time management and selfdiscipline for the tight deadlines and tasks on hand
