    Description

    We are looking

    for a Hygiene Officer to join our team

    As a Hygiene Officer, we rely on you to:

  • Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our kitchend and F&B outlets.
  • Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
  • Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP, SFS and ISO 22000 requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.

    • Working hours:

  • 6am to 4pm
  • 12pm to 10pm
  • Required to work one weekend a week
