Description
To verify and submit invoices/Purchase Orders on a weekly or monthly basis to Finance for payment.

  • Ensure office supplies are well stocked. (Stationery order for 2 offices)
  • Business cards ordering for 2 offices.
  • To allocate copier ID/Password for new hires
  • Car Park allocation
  • Handle walk in customers, visitors and other guests. (Ivisitor registration)
  • Handle incoming calls from mainline.
  • Turnstile registration
  • Provide general support to colleagues and guests.
  • Assist in sorting and distribution of mails and courier packages
  • Raise Purchase Order
  • Undertake other adhoc tasks assigned.
  • Office events support logistics coordinating, arranging and setting up of meeting rooms.
**Requirements: - Diploma holder with related experience in a fast-paced organization

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent project coordination and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency
  • A team player who is highly resourceful
  • Able to work at least 5 times per week (Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 12:30pm)
  • Office location: Onenorth MRT
  • Salary: $11/hr
