What You'II Do:

  • Formulate and articulate the Group's positions on regulatory policies
  • Safeguard the Group's strategic and commercial interests in its core electricity, gas and district cooling businesses, new energies and telecommunications
  • Perform market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas markets especially those impacting the energy, technology and telecommunications sectors
  • Assist in preparation of financial models, papers and presentations to SP Management and Board for update and to seek approval
  • Support in revenue and tariff scenario analysis, commercial review and risk assessment
  • Support government and stakeholder relations engagement

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in regulation, would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a selfstarter
  • Adept at responding to queries, report writing and presenting findings, with good communication and business writing skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be preferred
