We're seeking to train a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Trainee Sales Executive for Boat Sales at Five Aluminium Boat, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships while promoting our range of boats.

Your role will involve showcasing the features and benefits of various vessels, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the boat and yacht market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Conduct product presentations, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our boats.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vessel options.
Provide accurate and uptodate information about pricing, specifications, and available inventory.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Coordinate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Attend boat shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay uptodate with training sessions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an "A" level certificate or equivalent
Some experience in sales work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Passion for boats and the maritime lifestyle, with knowledge of different types of vessels.
Resultsdriven and selfmotivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
