Working Days: 5Days / 5.5Days

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm & 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with editors or the editor-in-chief to research and strategize for the development of fresh video content.
• Take on the responsibility of overseeing livestreaming and video shoots, whether they are conducted outdoors or in-house, using phones or cameras.
• Assume a leadership role in the entire videography production process, encompassing concept development, mood board creation, set design, scripting, filming, and post-production.
• Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video equipment.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of live streaming productions in collaboration with hosts, talents, and influencers.
• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, the brand's target audience, and competitors, with the aim of enhancing engagement and increasing viewership.

Requirements:

• At least one year of videography and editing experience, prior full-time or freelance work experience as a Videographer will be beneficial
• Full-suite knowledge in video production
• Prior experience in creating captivating and novel content
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, WeChat or WeiBo
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Professional technical knowledge and ability to operate, set up video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment independently
• Candidates with more working experience will be considered a senior role
