Material Handler - Singapore - MEIBAN MICRO PTE LTD
Description
Prepare the required material(s) for production run according to production plan.- Clean the dryer hoppers thoroughly during materials change to ensure new batch of products is not contaminated by previous materials.
- Verification of material is required by technician to ensure correct material is used.
- Perform crushing of parts. Do a proper cleanup of crusher before start of new batch.
- Maintain the crusher and hopper dryers in good condition to ensure optimal efficiency and prevent material(s) contamination.
- Label, segregate and store all materials (including crushed or regrind materials) accordingly for easy retrieval and recording.
- Assist the Buyer in monthly stocktake of materials.
- Basic English understanding
