仕事内容:カスタマーセンターで旅行予約サイト『』を利用するお客様からのお問い合わせ対応をお任せします。問い合わせ内容は予約システムの使い方から、宿泊日程の変更、空港での乗り継ぎ方法など様々。日本人や日本語を使う方々がお客様ですので対応は基本的に日本語で行います。また問い合わせは電話・メール・チャット等で受け付けています。< さらにスキルアップしたい方は・・・> グローバルレベルのスキルアップを実現できる教育制度まずは約1ヶ月間、トレーニングを実施。各国共通の資料を用いるため、業務に必要な知識だけでなく国際感覚のさらなる向上が見込めます。また、社内システムの使い方も座学とOJTでイチからレクチャーを行なっていきます。業務全般のスキルUPを実現できます。問い合わせ対応では主に日本語を用いますが、取引先や海外オフィスとのやりとりもあり、そこでの経験値を活かしてコミュニケーション力や国際感覚をより高みへとスキルアップいただけます。これまでの知識やスキルを発揮し、もっと向上させたいという意欲的な方であれば、きっと満足いただけます。応募要件・高卒以上、未経験歓迎・ 新卒 / 第二新卒歓迎・「旅行が好き」「留学経験がある」「英語力をより伸ばしたい」という方は大歓迎です。・意欲重視の選考ですので、業界経験は問いません。・20代、30代が活躍中(平均年齢は35歳で、現在60名が在籍)・主婦(夫)の方や育児が落ち着いてきたブランクのママさんも活躍中 Why We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
