Referrals & Admissions Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Referrals & Admissions Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and optimizing admissions process.

As the Referrals & Admissions Manager, you will be at the heart of our commitment to providing top-quality care.

Your primary focus will be on managing the Referrals & Admissions Office, where you will orchestrate the smooth transition of patients, collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline processes and uphold the highest standards of patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong partnerships with referral sources and internal teams to facilitate optimal patient admissions.
  • Lead the Referrals & Admissions Office, refining existing procedures and introducing new workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  • Liaise with various departments and external entities to ensure seamless patient transfers.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely communication of patient records and treatment plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to implement best practices.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in healthcare administration, admissions, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong team leader to manage the team
